Coca Cola 7 Km Running Fun 2007 : Sep 24, 2007

Coca Cola 7 Km Fun Run 2007 - 2007/9/16

Just completed the 7 Km running race in a slow time of 38 mins.

I still suffered from the tiresome bought forward from the 5 km race yesterday.  Moreover the hot and humid weather also increased the difficulty.

Despite running slowly, I still enjoyed the race pretty much.
